[DJI-log-discuss] Wrong handling in RECOVER Record

The timestamp has not changed in newer Versions of the Format but the 
length of the strings

They are not 10 bytes long but 16 ;)

Additionally the unknown 8 bytes long range is now 16 byte long. Maybe 
thats also an always clear string...

After that an normal 8byte Timestamp seems to occour and then the Serial 
Numbers.
