The problem was that your log file contained a RECOVER record that was in a format that we didn’t understand.

I’ve just installed a new version (2020-02-29) of the code that works around this.

For best results, though, you should run this software on *recent* log files.  Older versions of the log file (such as yours from October 2017) typically use a different format (in places) that we might not be able to properly handle.
