Could you please post (a link to) a recent “.txt” file where this field (in a CUSTOM) record takes both values?  As I noted earlier: I’ve checked the “.txt” logs from several of my recent flights (of a Mavic Pro), and in all CUSTOM records, the first two bytes are 0x00 0x00.  Each of these flights contain a mixture of video being recorded, and video not being recorded.
